Battery Discharged Or Faulty: Charge or replace battery if necessary.
Starting Circuit Wiring Faculty: Test or repair if necessary. See WIRING DIAGRAMS .
Starter Assembly Faulty: Check components, if check is ok, Replace starter assembly.

Loose Connection At Battery, PDC, Starter, Or Engine Ground: Inspect for loose connections.
Faulty Teeth On Ring Gear: Inspect teeth, rotate flywheel 360°, replace if damaged.
