Fuel Line Quick-Connect Fitting: Removal

- Release fuel pressure. See FUEL PRESSURE RELEASE .
- Disconnect negative battery cable.
- Ensure area around fuel line and quick-connect fitting is clean. Place shop towel around fuel line. Squeeze retainer tabs together and pull quick-connect fitting off of fuel line.
Retainer will stay on fuel line.
