Liftgate Latch: Installation
- Place latch in position on vehicle.
- Install screws attaching latch to liftgate. Tighten to 16 N.m (12 ft. lbs.) torque Figure).
- Pull downward on outside handle link and engage link to clip on latch.
- Connect wire connector to liftgate ajar switch.
- Verify liftgate fit and operation. Adjust as necessary.
- Install liftgate trim panel.
