Shift Interlock Cable: Removal

Disconnect battery negative cable.
Remove instrument panel lower silencer panel.
Remove inflatable knee blocker (Fig 1).

Disconnect shift interlock cable connector (Fig 2).

Place ignition key in the ACC position (Fig 3).

Disconnect shift interlock cable from ignition cylinder (Fig 4).

Remove gearshift knob (Fig 5).

Remove PRNDL surround bezel (Fig 7).
