1 - WATER PUMP

Clean all sealing surfaces.
Install water pump (1) and gasket. Tighten mounting bolts to 12 N.m (105 in. lbs.).
Install timing chain guides and timing chain. (Refer to appropriate ENGINE article).
Install the accessory drive belts (Refer to COOLING/ACCESSORY DRIVE/DRIVE BELTS - INSTALLATION) .
Install the radiator fan assembly (Refer to COOLING/ENGINE/RADIATOR FAN - INSTALLATION) .
Fill cooling system (Refer to COOLING - STANDARD PROCEDURE) .
