1 - WATER PUMP ASSEMBLY

2 - BOLT

3 - DOUBLE ENDED BOLT

Install water pump and mounting bolts (2). Tighten mounting bolts to 28 N.m (20 ft. lbs.).
Make sure double ended bolt (3) is in the proper location. Tighten double ended bolt to 28 N.m (20 ft. lbs.).
Install thermostat (Refer to COOLING/ENGINE/ENGINE COOLANT THERMOSTAT - INSTALLATION) .
Install accessory drive belt (Refer to COOLING/ACCESSORY DRIVE/DRIVE BELTS - INSTALLATION) .
Install the radiator fan assembly (Refer to COOLING/ENGINE/RADIATOR FAN - INSTALLATION) .
Connect negative battery cable.
Fill cooling system (Refer to COOLING - STANDARD PROCEDURE) .
Pressure test cooling system (Refer to COOLING - DIAGNOSIS AND TESTING) .
