Fluid Level Inspection

Raise vehicle on hoist.
Remove PTU inspection plug. See Fig 1.

1 - INSPECTION PLUG
Fluid level should be within 3/16" from bottom of inspection hole. Add Mopar® Gear and Axle Lubricant 80W-90 as necessary with suitable suction gun. See Fig 2.

1 - SUCTION GUN

2 - INSPECTION HOLE
Install inspection plug and torque to 20 N.m (180 in. lbs.) torque.
Lower vehicle.
