Battery Tray Support Bracket: Removal

- Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
- Remove the air cleaner housing, (Refer to ENGINE/AIR INTAKE SYSTEM/AIR CLEANER HOUSING - REMOVAL) or (Refer to ENGINE/AIR INTAKE SYSTEM/AIR CLEANER HOUSING - REMOVAL) .
- Remove the battery, (Refer to ELECTRICAL/BATTERY SYSTEM/BATTERY - REMOVAL - GASOLINE ENGINE) .
- Remove the battery tray, (Refer to ELECTRICAL/BATTERY SYSTEM/TRAY - REMOVAL - GASOLINE ENGINE) .
- Raise the vehicle on a hoist, (Refer to LUBRICATION & MAINTENANCE/HOISTING - STANDARD PROCEDURE) .
- Working under the vehicle, remove two of the battery tray support bracket retaining bolts.
- Lower the vehicle.
- Remove the remaining two battery tray support bracket retaining bolts and remove the bracket from the vehicle.
