Section 45 (HVAC System (Service Information)): Distribution: Duct-Defroster: Installation

NOTE: LHD model shown. RHD model similar.

Position the defroster duct (2) onto the top of the HVAC air distribution housing (3).
Install the four screws (1) that secure the defroster duct to the air distribution housing. Tighten the screws to 2 N.m (17 in. lbs.).
Install the instrument panel (Refer to BODY/INSTRUMENT PANEL/INSTRUMENT PANEL ASSEMBLY - INSTALLATION) .
