1 - WATER PUMP PULLEY

2 - BOLT

3 - WATER PUMP

4 - WATER PUMP HOUSING

5 - NUT

6 - WATER PUMP RETURN TUBE

1. Position water pump assembly (3) into water pump housing (4).
2. Install mounting bolts (2). Tighten bolts to 24 N.m (212 in. lbs.).
3. Install water pump pulley (1). Tighten bolts to 9 N.m (791 in lbs.).
4. Install drive belt splash shield.
5. Lower vehicle.
6. Install accessory drive belt. See INSTALLATION .
7. Connect battery negative terminal.
8. Fill cooling system. See STANDARD PROCEDURE .
