Install the generator to the vehicle, while installing the two lower mounting bolts.

Install the radio noise suppressor and the two upper mounting bolts.
Tighten the bolts to 50 N.m (37 ft. lbs.).

Connect the electrical to the generator.

Connect the heater tube and tighten the tube nut.

Release the rear heater tube clamp.

Release the front heater tube clamp.
Tighten the right side engine cradle bolts.
Tighten cradle bolts to 185 N.m (136 ft. lbs.).

Swing the sway bar up and into place.
Tighten the sway bar bracket retainers to 60 N.m (44 ft. lbs.).

Install the sway bar mounting bracket heat shields.

Install the left engine mount through bolts
Install the right engine mount insulator. .
Remove the special tool # 8534B Engine Support Fixture.
Install the front and rear belly pans. Refer to Body/Exterior/BELLY PAN - Installation

Install accessory drive belt. Refer to Cooling/Accessory Drive/BELT, Serpentine - Installation .

Install the air cleaner cover and tube assembly. .

Install the engine cover. .
Fill the coolant system. Refer to Cooling - Standard Procedure
Connect negative battery cable.
