MODULE, Compass: Installation: Installation

- Position the Remote Compass Module (RCM) (2) in the console.
- Install the four fasteners (5) that secure the RCM to the overhead console (1).
- Install the overhead console assembly, Refer to CONSOLE, Overhead, Front , Installation .
- Connect the negative battery cable.
- Perform the Compass Variance Adjustment. Refer to MODULE, Compass , Standard Procedure .
- Perform the Manual Compass Calibration. Refer to MODULE, Compass , Standard Procedure .
- Verify proper compass operation.
