- Check condition of sensor O-ring.
- Clean sensor mounting area at intake manifold.
- Lubricate sensor O-ring and sensor mounting hole in intake manifold cover with clean engine oil.
- Position sensor (4) into intake manifold.
- Install and tighten sensor mounting screw (5) to 1 N.m (9 in. lbs.) torque.
- Connect electrical connector (3) to sensor.
