Valve, Short Runner: Installation

NOTE:

Do not reuse the old Short Runner Valve (SRV) actuator O-ring seal (1).

Install a new SRV actuator rubber O-ring seal (1).

Install the SRV actuator (2). Tighten bolts (1) to the proper torque specifications. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
Install the intake manifold. For 3.6L, refer to MANIFOLD, INTAKE, INSTALLATION . For 5.7L, refer to MANIFOLD, INTAKE, INSTALLATION .
Connect the negative battery cable.
