OBD II Serviceability Issues: Refueling

A new OBD II diagnostic checks integrity of entire Evaporative (EVAP) Emission system. If vehicle is restarted after refueling and fuel cap is not secured correctly, on-board diagnostic system will sense this as a system fault, turn on MIL, and set DTC P0440.
