Air Cleaner - Thermostatic: Operation

When incoming air is below predetermined temperature, air control valve is in up (hot air only) position. See AIR CONTROL VALVE TEMPERATURE table. When incoming air has reached a predetermined temperature, valve is in down (cold air only) position. At in-between temperatures, control valve is positioned to blend hot and cold air.
