Check Valve: Installation

Install new gaskets on exhaust manifold flanges and install injection tube assembly. Tighten flange mounting and injection tube bracket screws to 100 INCH lbs. (12 N.m). On tube nut joint assemblies, install tube nut and tighten to 24-35 ft. lbs. (34-37 N.m).

Install check valve on tube assembly. Tighten to 25 ft. lbs. (34 N.m). Install air hose to check valve inlet and tighten clamp.
