Circuit Breaker Test
- Circuit breaker is located on the fuse block. Refer to WIRING DIAGRAMS . Pull outward slightly, ensuring circuit breaker terminals still contact terminals in fuse block.
- Using a voltmeter, connect ground negative lead of voltmeter to good ground. With voltmeter positive wire, check both terminals of circuit breaker for battery voltage.
- If only one terminal has battery voltage, check for a short to ground between circuit beaker and switch. If no short is found, circuit breaker is defective and must be replaced.
- If neither terminal shows battery voltage, check for an open or shorted circuit to circuit breaker.
