Whenever a radio malfunction occurs, perform the following procedure:

1. First check the following FUSES in fuse block:
   • Fuse No. 1, Illumination
   • Fuse No. 2, Illumination
   • Fuse No. 4, Ignition Feed
   • Fuse No. 18, Radio Memory Feed (Hot at all times)
2. Verify radio wire harnesses are properly connected before starting normal diagnosis and repair procedures. Refer to diagnostic tables and wiring diagrams. See Fig 1 and Fig 2 .
