Illuminated Entry Does Not Work Using Transmitter Unlock

Using an analog voltmeter, backprobe RKE module harness connectors. Measure voltage between RKE module Black connector terminal No. 6 and ground. See Figure. Monitor voltmeter for voltage decrease while pressing transmitter UNLOCK button. If no voltage decrease is measured, replace receiver. If voltage decrease is measured, inspect and repair circuit between RKE module and dome light. See WIRING DIAGRAMS  .
