Overhead Console: Notes

CAUTION:
Always turn ignition switch to OFF position prior to disconnecting or connecting any module connector or battery.
NOTE:
Perform appropriate VERIFICATION TEST after repairs.
NOTE:
Ensure Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS), speedometer, and fuel gauge circuits and fuel gauge readings are operating as properly prior to diagnosing any related overhead console concern or messaging diagnostics. NOTE:
After repairs for any related Ambient Temperature Sensor (ATS) problem, vehicle must be driven continuously over 3 miles above 25 MPH in order to update Overhead Traveler Information System (OTIS) display.
