Engine Mounts: Installation
NOTE:
This procedure covers either the left or right engine mount.
- With engine raised, position engine mount onto engine and install bolts. Tighten bolts to 41 N.m (30 ft. lbs.) (Figure) or (Figure).NOTE: If replacing right side engine mount ensure ground strap is installed also (Figure).
- Lower engine with jack while guiding engine mount studs into frame slots (Figure).
- Install engine mount to frame nut (Figure). Tighten nut to 102 N.m (75 ft. lbs.).
- Remove jack.
- Lower vehicle.
