Design Height

Design height is set during factory production. Design height is height vehicle is at when all rubber bushing-mounted components of vehicle's suspension system are tightened and torqued to specification. Design height is slightly lower than curb height. Design height must be correctly set after any rubber bushing suspension component is reinstalled after servicing. Rubber bushing-mounted suspension components must be tightened and torqued with vehicle at correct design height. Otherwise, curb height is affected. Improper curb height interferes with proper alignment of vehicle.
