Section 86 (Charging System): Generator: Installation: 2.4L

- Install the generator.
- Install the accessory drive belt, refer to COOLING for proper procedures.
- Connect B+ terminal to generator.
- Install nut holding B+ wire terminal to back of generator.
- Connect the push-in field wire connector to back of generator.
- Install the EVAP Purge solenoid to its bracket.
- Install the Air Box, refer to appropriate ENGINE - MECHANICAL article for more information.
- Connect the Inlet Air Temperature sensor.
- Connect battery negative cable.
