Sentry Key Remote Entry Module Transponder Ring
- Open hood, disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
- Wait two minutes for the system reserve capacitor to discharge before beginning any system or component service.
- Remove the steering column shrouds.
- Unsnap the SKREEM transponder from the ignition cylinder. See Fig 1.

- Remove top cover - cluster (Refer to BODY/INSTRUMENT PANEL/TOP COVER - CLUSTER - REMOVAL)

- Disconnect the transponder electrical connector from the SKREEM. See Figure.
- Maneuver wiring from instrument panel and remove transponder from vehicle.
