Passenger Airbag On/Off Switch: Installation

Reach underneath console, place passenger airbag ON/OFF switch into position and install the three retaining screws.
Place center console into position in vehicle, connect one electrical connector and install eight screws.
Install parking brake body and floor console bezel.
Install shifter shaft with knob and body.
Install six Allen screws to shifter bezel.
WARNING: Do not connect battery negative cable. (Refer to ELECTRICAL/RESTRAINTS - DIAGNOSIS AND TESTING - AIRBAG SYSTEM) .
Place battery access cover into place and install four bolts.
Close deck lid.
Verify vehicle and system operation.
