1 - THERMOSTAT

2 - RADIATOR HOSE

Position gasket on thermostat and housing (1).
Install thermostat housing (1), gasket and mounting bolts onto block. Tighten attaching bolts to 12 N.m (105 in. lbs.).
Install radiator hose (2).
Install air box assembly. Refer to Engine/Air Intake System/BODY, Air Cleaner - Installation
Fill cooling system. See Cooling - Standard Procedure .
Raise vehicle on hoist.
Install belly pan. Refer to Frame and Bumpers/Under Body Protection/BELLY PAN - Installation
Connect negative battery cable.
