Sensor, Camshaft Position: Removal: 6.2L

  1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.

  2. Disconnect the Camshaft Position (CMP) sensor wire harness connector (1).
  3. Remove the CMP sensor retaining bolt (3).
  4. Remove the CMP sensor (2) from the timing cover.
