Sensor, Pressure Control: Installation

1. Install the line pressure sensor (2) on the valve body.
2. Install the fasteners (1) to the line pressure sensor and tighten to the proper torque specifications. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .

3. Install the valve body oil pan (1), use a bead of MOPAR® ATF RTV (MS-GF41).
4. Install the valve body oil pan fasteners (2) and tighten to the proper torque specifications. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .

5. Install the pressure tap (2) at valve body oil pan and tighten to the proper torque specifications. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .

6. Install the fastener (2) at the ground cable (3) and tighten to the proper torque specifications. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
7. Install the cable retainer (1) to the valve body oil pan.

8. Install the front sound damper cover (2) and install the fasteners (1).

9. Move left side inner wheel splash shield (2) in place.
10. Install the left side inner wheel splash shield screws (1).
11. Remove the support and lower the vehicle.

12. Connect the solenoid pack connector (2) wire harness connectors.

13. Install the fasteners (1) holding the power steering lines (2) and tighten to the proper torque specifications. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .

14. Install shift cable (1) to manual lever (2).

15. Install upper radiator hose (2) and clamps (1).
16. Fill the cooling system. Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE .

17. Install the relay (1) to the bracket (2) at the core support.
18. Install the battery and battery tray. Refer to TRAY, BATTERY, INSTALLATION .
19. Fill transmission and road test. Refer to FLUID, STANDARD PROCEDURE .
