Radiator, Engine Cooling: Removal: 3.6L

- Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
- Remove the air cleaner body. Refer to REMOVAL .
- Drain the cooling system. Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE .
- Remove the upper radiator hose.
- Remove the cooling fan assembly. Refer to FAN, COOLING, REMOVAL .
- Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to HOISTING, STANDARD PROCEDURE .
- Remove the belly pan.
- Remove the lower radiator hose (1).
- Remove the support and lower the vehicle.
- Remove the front fascia. Refer to FASCIA, FRONT, REMOVAL
.CAUTION:
Bolts are installed with threadlocker. Use hand tools to remove the upper radiator mounting bolts.
- Remove the bolts (3) and the upper radiator isolator (1).
- Remove the lower condenser mounting bolts.
- Remove the bolt (2) located between the cooler lines.
- Using a suitable hanger, support the condenser and remove the right side upper mounting bolt.
- Separate the condenser assembly from the radiator.
- Tilt the radiator toward the engine, and remove the radiator from the vehicle.
