Removal 3.0L Diesel Engine

Before proceeding. Refer to WARNING .

Siphon as much fluid as possible from the power steering fluid reservoir.
Raise and support vehicle. Refer to HOISTING, STANDARD PROCEDURE .

Disconnect the power steering return hose (1).

Disconnect the power steering pressure hose (1). Discard the washers.

Remove the two power steering pump bolts (1).
Remove the power steering pump from the engine.
