Module, Power Inverter: Installation
- If separated, install the mounting bracket to the PIM. Install the fasteners and tighten securely.
- Install the Power Inverter Module (PIM) (1) into the instrument panel. Install the fasteners (2) and tighten securely.
- Connect the wire harness connector(s).
- Install the steering column opening cover. Refer to COVER, STEERING COLUMN OPENING, INSTALLATION .
- Connect the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), connect the IBS connector.
