Installation - PDC Assembly

  1. Position the Power Distribution Center (PDC) Assembly bracket (2) into the engine compartment.
  2. Install the fasteners (1) and tighten to the proper torque specifications. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .

  3. If needed, install the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) and bracket. Refer to MODULE, POWERTRAIN CONTROL (PCM), INSTALLATION .
  4. Position the PDC Assembly tray onto the PDC Assembly bracket.
  5. Connect the wiring harness connectors (1) to the PDC Assembly (2).

  6. Install the PDC Assembly tray (1) onto the PDC Assembly bracket (2).

  7. Install the PDC Assembly B(+) terminals and fastener (1) onto the PDC Assembly post. Tighten to the proper torque specifications. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .

  8. Install the PDC Assembly cover (1) onto the PDC Assembly (2).

  9. Connect the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), connect the IBS connector to the negative battery cable.
