Injector Test with Engine Running
- Start engine and bring to operating temperature. Disconnect injector wire, one at a time.
- Engine RPM should drop, each time an injector is disconnected. If any cylinder does not change RPM, switch wire connectors between operational injector.
- If injector that did not operate does, wire harness is defective. If injector that did not operate does not, injector is defective.
