Wiper Motor

Disconnect wiper motor wiring harness connector. Leave wiper motor installed to the body. To check wiper motor Low speed operation, connect a battery to wiper motor electrical connector and ground. Check motor operation. See Fig 1 .
To check wiper motor in Stop position, run wiper motor and disconnect battery to stop motor. Reconnect battery, run motor and confirm that after the motor starts turning, it stops at the automatic stop position. See Fig 2 .
