Headlight Assembly: Installation

Check the link assembly for proper length. See Fig 1 .

Mount hinge by tightening the hinge mounting bolts in sequence. See Figure .
After attaching the link assembly to the hinge, loosely tighten bolt A. Then, mount the pop-up motor and bracket assembly by tightening the bolts in sequence. See Figure .
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
