Test 90A - All Doors Fail To Lock & Unlock From One Switch

NOTE: For connector terminal identification, see CONNECTOR IDENTIFICATION  . For wiring diagrams, see appropriate article in ENGINE PERFORMANCE:
  1. Remove appropriate door trim panel. Disconnect door lock switch connector. Using scan tool in voltmeter mode, check voltage on door lock switch connector terminal No. 4 (Pink wire). If voltage is less than 10 volts, repair open Pink wire. If voltage is more than 10 volts, go to next step.
  2. Connect jumper wire between door lock switch connector terminals No. 1 (Orange/Violet wire) and No. 4 (Pink wire). Using scan tool, read door lock switch voltage. If voltage is less than 8 volts, repair open Orange/Violet wire. If voltage is more than 8 volts, replace door lock switch.
