DTC Test No. 26 - Transaxle Control System
NOTE:
Possible causes for DTC are: defective transaxle control system, open or shorted communication line between Engine Control Module (ECM) and Transmission Control Module (TCM) or defective ECM.
When a failure exists in the transaxle control system, TCM delivers a malfunction signal to the ECM. Check TCM and transaxle control system. See the appropriate TRANSAXLE article for transaxle diagnosis.
