Fan, Cooling: Installation: Installation

1. Guide the cooling fan into position onto the radiator tabs through the bottom of the vehicle.
2. Position the radiator into place and install the lower radiator support bracket (2) to the radiator mount (5). Tighten mounting bracket bolt (3) to 8 N.M (70 in.lbs.).

3. Install the upper (4) and lower (3) air seals.
4. Install the from bumper support beam (1). Tighten mounting bolt to 40 N.M (30 ft.lbs.).
5. Install the front bumper facia. Refer to FASCIA, FRONT, INSTALLATION .
6. Lower vehicle.

7. Install the upper mounting screws (4) for the cooling fan. Tighten mounting bolt to 8 N.M (70 in.lbs.).
8. Install the wire harness connectors (3) to the cooling fan.

9. Connect the resistor (1) harness connector at the cooling fan (2).

10. Install the engine cover and air intake assembly.
11. Reconnect the negative battery cable.
