2.0L Diesel: Installation

  1. Install the cooling fan in its housing, engage the retaining clips and securely tighten the bolts.
  2. Install the lower radiator mounting brackets in position and securely tighten the bolts.
  3. Remove the radiator temporary fastening to the front end.
  4. Engage the engine cooling system supply pipe with the retaining clips.
  5. Connect the resistor wire harness connector.
  6. Connect the wire harness connector for the fan and engage the wiring with the retaining clips.
  7. Connect the air outlet sleeve quick coupling from the intercooler.

  8. Install the front crossmember (1a) in its housing and tighten the nuts (1b) and screws (1c) to the proper (Torque Specifications).
  9. Install the front fascia. Refer to FASCIA, FRONT, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
  10. Install the belly pan. Refer to BELLY PAN, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATIONBELLY PAN, SIDE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
  11. Install the engine cover. .
