Knob, Gearshift: Removal

  1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.

  2. Release the snap fastener (1a).

  3. Cut the shifter knob retaining clamp (1b).

  4. Firmly pull up on shifter knob and remove from the shifter shaft.
