Removal & Installation: Introduction: Installation

Reverse removal procedure to install with following exceptions:

• When installing water inlet and discharge pipes, use a pipe sealant with Teflon D8AZ-19554-A or equivalent. Install inlet fitting within 5° of vertical, pointing down.
• Always use new gasket between turbocharger and mounting block.
• Use new nuts on turbocharger mounting studs.
