Outside Mirror Switch
- Check 15 amp courtesy lamp fuse, replace if blown. Using putty knife or similar tool pry mirror switch out of housing.
- Remove connector at switch and check for voltage across circuits 54 LG/Y and 57 BK. If no voltage, check 54 LG/Y to a good ground. If still no voltage, trace problem in 54 LG/Y wire.
- If voltage is present in above tests, check switch by jumping across the appropriate terminals using the logic chart. See Fig 1 .
- If mirrors operate using the chart, replace the switch. If mirrors do not operate, problem is in mirror or wiring harness to mirror.
