Test L - Neutral Switch

Turn ignition off and wait 10 seconds. Ensure heater and A/C off. Disconnect 60-pin connector at ECA and inspect. Install breakout box and reconnect ECA. With DVOM on 200 ohm scale, measure resistance between box pin 46 and self-test connector. If less than 5 ohms, replace ECA and repeat QUICK TEST . If 5 ohms or greater, repair open circuit and repeat QUICK TEST .
