Test D21 - Speed Sensor Ground Circuit

Using an ohmmeter, check for continually between Dark Green/White wire at pin No. 3 and Black wire at pin No. 60 on 60-pin connector. If there is continuity, go to TEST D22  . If there is no continuity, repair or replace Black wire between pin No. 60 and body ground.
