No Starts

If engine does not start, go to TEST A1 - NO START  , step 1). Proceed through this test procedure until engine is running and then repeat KOEO SELF-TEST. If engine stalls or is unable to complete KOEO SELF-TEST, DIAGNOSIS BY SYMPTOM (SYMPTOM-TO-CIRCUIT TEST MENU)  table may be used until engine is able to complete KOEO SELF-TEST.
