Circuit Tests Usage
NOTE:
Diagnostic procedures for the DIS ignition system has been revised from the manufacturer. TEST A - DIS NO START is the revised procedures. Use TEST A - DIS NO START to service DIS ignition system concerns prior to using other CIRCUIT TESTING.
CAUTION:
DO NOT disconnect ECA from vehicle unless directed to, when diagnosing DIS, using pinpoint test procedures. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should ECA be connected to the breakout box, monitor box or equivalent while using pinpoint test procedures for DIS equipped vehicles. ALWAYS use the proper breakout box "OVERLAY" for proper pin identification.
