Test Km: Step 9

9) Check WAC Relay or A/C Fan Controller Turn key off and wait 10 seconds. Leave ECA disconnected and reconnect WAC relay or A/C fan controller. Disconnect A/C clutch. Set DVOM on 20-volt scale. With KOEO and the A/C on, measure voltage between power side of A/C clutch vehicle harness connector and battery negative terminal. If voltage is greater than 10.5 volts, replace ECA. Reconnect A/C clutch and retest system. If voltage is less than 10.5 volts, replace WAC relay or fan controller. Reconnect all components and recheck system.

NOTE: There is a break in the step numbering sequence at this point, skipping from step 9) to step 15). Break is due to previous chart references to these testing procedures. No test procedures have been omitted.
