Check Engine Warning Light Will Not Go Off

Disconnect White/Blue wire from Electronic Control Assembly (ECA) 24-pin connector. See Figure . ECA connector is located forward of center console.
If check engine warning light goes off, problem is indicated in computer engine control system. Repair as necessary. If check engine light does not go off, repair White/Black wire between gauges and ECA.
