Fuse-To-Rear Washer Motor Supply Test

Turn ignition on. Connect voltmeter between ground and Blue/Yellow wire at rear washer motor connector. If voltage is 11-13 volts, go to REAR WIPER/WASHER SWITCH TEST. If voltage is not 11-13 volts, repair open condition in Blue/Yellow wire between rear washer motor and fuse panel, or replace blown rear wiper fuse. If fuse blows again after replacing, repair short to ground in rear washer/wiper circuit.
